This Is A Re-Publish Of Joshuah Jones' Original Petition To Make This Happen. That Petition Is Now Closed, But With The Release Of Street Fighter V This Year, I Believe More People Will Read And Join This Petition Now. Just One Vote Can Help Change Street Fighter V Being Playstation Four Exclusive.
"Street Fighter has always been a multi platform game. It has been around for generations for many to enjoy on the console platform of their choice.
This particular entry to the series has been long over due and people have been very patient waiting for it to be released. When Capcom announced a tidbit of information at last years E3 2014 event claiming that work had begun on Street Fighter V for the Playstation 4 and the Xbox One, fans of the series rejoiced.
Now, fast forward to December 2014 and all of the sudden, the game that I, as well as many hundreds of thousands (millions, actually) of other fans have been waiting for on my xbox one, is now suddenly a PS4 and PC exclusive?! This cant be something that we as fans just stand aside and allow to happen, Stret fighter has always been on every platform, they said it was coming to XB1 and they try to pull out of it last minute and leave us wanting. There is a strong following of Street Fighter fans in the Xbox community, hell, the majority of tournaments around the world are run on 360 consoles, we have to speak up and be heard about this.
We, as gamers, must voice our opinions on this matter and show that developrs cant take advantage of us fans or lie to us anymore.
Too many times we have been ridiculed for owning a Xbox One console, too many times we have had to put up with Sony and their fans talking down to us, we need to rise up and be heard, even if you dont like Street Fighter, sign this as a way to show that we arent going to put up with being pushed aside any more for having the "weaker console" and prove that we are all passionate about our console of choice. If Sony fans can do this sort of thing for Tomb Raider, then we can let our voices be heard over Street Fighter V and Capcom's witless decision, whether it be funded by Sony or not, and at least attempt to get this long awaited sequel to our console."
